Project Manager / Digital Learning Training Designer

You will work as part of a team of autonomous Project Managers under the direction of the Technical Director and in liaison with the Account Managers. You will write and supervise the creation of experiences, from scripting to the acceptance phase, including media production (audio, video, 360 video) and integration in a dedicated editor.

You will work as part of a team of autonomous Project Managers under the direction of the Technical Director and in liaison with the Account Managers. You will write and supervise the creation of experiences, from scripting to the acceptance phase, including media production (audio, video, 360° video) and integration into a dedicated editor.
You will be responsible for meeting deadlines, managing budgets and ensuring the quality of the solution. You will be responsible for ensuring that specifications are met and that the project is properly managed.
You will support the teams in the completion of the project through to delivery and deployment on the customer's site.

More specifically, your tasks will be as follows:

  • Accompanying your customers from briefing (gathering and analyzing requirements) to delivery (managing from A to Z)
  • Ensure that projects are carried out properly and implement all operational resources: human (recruitment of teaching experts and technical teams) and logistical (filming location, equipment, etc.);
  • Develop content to create relevant, realistic scenarios (scenarios, evaluation grids);
  • Operational follow-up, budget management, compliance with deadlines and quality of deliverables;
  • Prepare and monitor the implementation of the PITCHBOY on the customer's premises, accompanied by the Account Manager;
  • Creation and implementation of management tools (quantitative and qualitative reporting and synthesis, etc.);
  • Customer training and deployment strategy to reach a maximum number of employees;
  • With a 360° approach, you will measure the impact of PITCHBOY by analyzing data and feedback from the field in order to recommend future developments and sales operations.


Profile description
  • You have at least one successful experience during which you proved your ability to manage and develop a customer account;
  • You are a self-starter with excellent organizational skills;
  • You have excellent writing skills (speed, fluidity, clarity, storyboards, writing educational objectives, synopses) and enjoy playing with words;
  • You have an agile, synthesizing mind (ability to adapt to the customer's culture, to distance yourself from your work);
  • You have a good knowledge of digital learning and an appetite for digital tools;
  • You have a perfect command of French and English;
  • You have an interest in training and new technologies;
  • You ideally have a good knowledge of HTML/CSS, XML, and/or Adobe Suite software: InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator ;
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are persistent and creative;
  • You like to learn, share and pass on.


Qualities required

  • Aptitude for training and the development of technological tools;
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
  • Project management experience ;
  • Basic programming skills appreciated;
  • Proficiency in video/sound editing software would be a plus.
